Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who comes to CrossFit Stratford is provided with the opportunity to experience our community and coaches and learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm ups, and exercises in a safe, fun and supportive environment.

Check out our Schedule and determine which class works for your schedule. All our classes follow the same structure and are broken into a warm up, a strength and/or skill phase, a workout and then a stretch or cool down. The techniques in these classes are programmed for all levels.
