Well the 2016 CrossFit open season is officially over and this also concludes the inaugural year for the intramural competition. I think it was a huge success and a lot of members really enjoyed a little friendly competition as well as the overall atmosphere throughout the whole 5 weeks. Last year we struggled with figuring out how to get people excited for the Open but we believe we may have solved that issue this year. Competition is really where we see athletes realize their potential and push their limits a notch or two and exceed their expectations.

Overall we had 52 members participate in this years Intramural.
