Based on the CrossFit principles of Technique, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence.

Consistently good mechanics translates to increased self-confidence, enhanced sports performance and fewer injuries for kids.

Additionally, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.

CrossFit Kids is designed to be BIG fun and challenging for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children.

Our ATHLETE PROGRAM will run Mondays through Thursdays from 3-5pm.  This program is designed for athletes that are interested in playing at the highest level of sport. This program will equip athletes with the strength, power, speed, and coordination they’ll need.  Our programs run year round.

Our classes are kept to a maximum of 15 participants to ensure your young athlete gets the attention they deserve.  CrossFit Stratford is a licensed CrossFit Kids gym.  All CrossFit Young Athlete classes require a minimum of 6 participants to run.
