New To Crossfit?
Awesome! We love first-timers. To ensure your safety in class and success in the gym, anyone who is new to CrossFit is required to do the Fundamentals package. Fundamentals cost $249+hst. This includes 4 private/semi-private sessions to get you ready for CrossFit classes. Upon completion of Fundamentals you will also receive one month of unlimited classes for free!
It is like having your own fitness concierge working directly with you to show you the ropes (we have many!) and help you find your individual path to redefining what your body can do. It is what we do and we would love to have you with us. Let's get started!
"New to Crossfit" = Less than 3 months experience and have not completed an introductory course

Frequently Asked Questions
Wait, what is crossfit?
To be technical, it is constantly varied, functional movement, done at relatively high intensity. What that means in English is we do a bunch of different workouts, comprised of simple body-weight and free-weight movements, and we work hard.
I haven't been to a gym in years. Can I still do Crossfit?
YES! All of our programming can be modified to meet your where you're at, no matter what your fitness level is. Everyone starts somewhere, you just need to show up and we'll help with the rest.
What do I wear?
Clothes that you are comfortable moving in. Generally speaking shorts and a T-shirt are fine. You can also bring a sweat towel and a water bottle if you'd like to.
How are your classes structured?
All classes begin with some mobility work and a group warm-up. Most days there is a strength component, like a squat or deadlift and everyday there is a WOD (Workout Of the Day) that can be anywhere from 6 to 35 minutes.
What is a WOD?
WOD stands for Workout of the Day. It is the prescribed, daily routine that everyone in the class will do, but modified to fit individual capabilities
How much does Fundamentals Cost?
Fundamentals cost $249+hst. This includes 4 private/semi-private sessions to get you ready for CrossFit classes. Upon completion of Fundamentals you will also receive one month of unlimited classes for free
What if I've done CrossFit before?
That's great, you'll know what to expect! If you’ve done the introductory course at another CrossFit Gym and you were an active member there for at least 3 months, you're good to go. However, if the extent of your of your CrossFit experience is,“My buddy showed me some moves in his garage,” or “I’ve watched all the videos online” that's great but we still require you take Fundamentals.
