This group of personal training sessions will teach you the different elements of CrossFit. You might be fit, but we want to make sure that you go into regular classes with knowledge and confidence.
Every Crossfit class is lead by a certified CrossFit Coach. Our Coaches will explain the movements and walk you through a safe warmup and challenging workout. They will also provide scaling options to cater to personal needs.
This is a time for you to work on your skills, strength, and/or do the WOD on your own. Coaches will be on-site to answer questions and to ensure that the space remains clean, organized, and safe.
