Our Philosophpy

CrossFit Stratford is not your typical gym.  We are a community of like-minded people who work and play hard.  Our training philosophy is simple: lift heavy things, move fast, don’t quit.  We use elements of weightlifting, gymnastics and monostructural movements (cardio) to prepare for life outside the gym. 

 

 We have members from all walks of life – students, moms, doctors, engineers, military, police, firemen, teachers, expecting mothers, bankers and pretty much everything in between.  We have members of all fitness levels – former pro and collegiate athletes, weekend warriors to beginners who have never lifted a weight or run more than a mile.  But all of our members have a few things in common.  They all care about their health and they all want to get better every day.

Our Programs

Crossfit Classes

Every Crossfit class is lead by a certified CrossFit Coach. Our Coaches will explain the movements and walk you through a safe warmup and challenging workout. They will also provide scaling options to cater to personal needs. 

Bootcamps

Join us for our exhilarating bootcamp sessions, held twice a week in the evening. Experience-intensity interval training (HIIT) that will push your limits and elevate fitness levels. 

Private Training

These sessions are booked to fit your schedule and are programmed based on your goals and needs. Whether you're looking to build muscle, lose fat, or improve your CrossFit skills we're here to help

Open Gym

This is a time for you to work on your skills, strength, and/or do the WOD on your own. Coaches will be on-site to answer questions and to ensure that the space remains clean, organized, and safe. 

Weightlifting

Our weightlifting classes will help you develop technique and build strength in the two primary olympic lifts. Classes are designed for all levels. 

Team Conditioning

Enhance your athletic performance with our team conditioning sessions. Perfect for athletes looking to improve their skills and teamwork in a competitive environment.
